Win! Racing has been set up with a simple objective: compete in the Formula One World Championship with a team directed by the collective intelligence of its fanbase. All members of Win! Racing will have direct access and input into the team's direction and control - the fans' intelligence leads the team. For the first time, fans will see what they want to see, access what they want to access and participate in the team's success.

You will join other members to:

• Design the race car;
• Direct race day decisions;
• Develop and agree race tactics;
• Receive full media access to online video and voice media of the team 24/7 - 365 days of the year;
• Share, post and receive 'live' audience and 'pit-side' commentary on all testing and race days; and
• Be part of the team that competes in the World Championships.

All we need are members.
